NO NEW SUBMISSION ACCEPTED AT THIS TIME

All projects to be considered must submit the following items as our lenders will not look at incomplete packages:

1. Completion Bond Letter of Interest

2. Sales agent company name

3. Valuation of unsold rights

4. Budget (must detail all cash invested to date)

5. Weekly cash disbursement schedule to allow for calculation of expected interest

6. Cast in place

7. Script

8. Executive Summary or Business Plan of the project

Project financials and revenue forcasts should be for a 5 year period or longer.

The following is a list of items generall sought after by our lenders:

1) a producer that has a successful track record

2) a script with a "recognizable" cast attached

3) sales forecast from a credible sales agent

4) contracts from credible distributors (domestic and foreign)

At this time our lenders are looking for projects which require US$ 10 Million or greater. There are some limited cases with quality projects that they may consider for lower amount but at this time the absolute minimum would be US$ 5 Million.

For those who seeking financing for projects under $5 Million and that lack the production and cast that our lenders are looking for, but unfortunately are sources are not interested in smaller productions by unknown sources as they are looking for movies which will generate box office revenues.
