This page lists the various forms, applications and other documents that are related to loan requests that I work on. Based on the type of loan that you are requesting, please select the appropriate forms to complete and send with your request. Upon completion, please submit the request via
email(20 MB attachment limit) to me.
Please DO NOT send Power Point presentations due to file sizes and because my lenders also do not want to read through sales/marketing material.
Development & Construction Loans (inlcudes Land Acquisition)
The following items are required for Domestic & International Development & Construction Loans:
- Executive Summary (sample coming soon) PDF or Doc formats only!
- Pro-forma financials for the project (must be in Excel format)
- Resume of Principal(s) (PDF or Doc fomrats only)
- Copies of Appraisal if available
- 3rd Party vendor reports if available (engineering, enviromental etc)
- Copies approved Permits, Plans or Entitlements
- Purchase & Sales Agreements (even if you already own the land)
- Detailed Monthly Breakdown of construction "use of funds" (Excel format)
Puchase Only loans (short term or long term)
The following items are required for acquisiton (purchase) loans for Domestic & International Real Estate including Land Only, Hotel/Resorts, Commercial/Office Buildings, Multi Family and other Income Producing properties:
- Project Proposal
- Purchase & Sales Agreements
- Copies of any recent Appraisals
- 3rd Party Vendor reports if available
- Title & Escrow information
- Detailed contact information for Real Estate Brokers/Agents involved
