Product details - Conventional Loans

LTV's up to 75% to 85%

LTC's up to 85%

Terms 3 to 10 years

Interest Only Payments

Fixed Interest rates offered in most cases

Closing Times from 45 to 150 days

Land Acquisition can be included

Refundable Lender Due Diligence Retainer maybe required

3rd Party Vendor Fees extra (eg. MAI Appraisal, Environmental Engineering, etc.)

 

Domestic & International Projects - $10,000,000 Minimum

 

Special 100% Financing Option is available for projects requiring US$ 50,000,000 or more in financing only.

 

100% LTC

Terms of 2 to 5 years

P & I payments

Pure debt financing with competitive rates

Up front Due Diligence retainer of $20,000 or more will be required based on project size

3rd Party Vendor Fees may apply

Requires collateral deposit of 15% of requested loan amount held by lender (can be cash or investment grade instrument)*

 

* If you do not have access to the required 15% amount, we have a private investor who will provide this amount as a Joint Venture partner with a minimum return (ROI) of 35%.
