The following is a current list of the types of properties and projects that my lenders are interested in. Please note that any specific restrictions based on the typoe of collateral is noted below.
Properties of Interest
- Bio Diesel Plants
- Ethanol Plants (limited interest)
- Alternative Energy Facilities (solar, wind, etc.)
- Fee Stock Processing & Crushing Facilities (may include feed stock farming on same location)
- Office, Retail and Industrial Buildings
- Condo and Housing Developments (Costa Rica, Panama & Caribbean locations only at this time)
- Hotel and Resorts
- Golf, Leisure, Sports and Casinos (must be part of Hotel or Resort projects)
- Privately Owned and Operated Utility Service
- Mining Facitilies (limited interest)
- Oil, Gas and other Energy Facilities
- Land Only Purchases (up to 36 month max terms with 50% or more cash down and verified payment reserves)
- Commercial Equipment Leasing (excluding Marine Vessels and Food Service Equipment)
- Bank Guarantees, MTM's, Corporate Bonds and other select Financial Instruments (copies must be presented with loan request to verify validity of instrument)
Properties Not of Interest
Currently my lenders are either not interested in or I do not work with the following types of properties & projects:
- Agricultural & Farming
- Operational & Business Loans
- SBA & Start Up Loans
- Airports or other Municipal Sites and Operations
