Unlike the majority of Loan Officers, Mortgage Consultant, Bank Representatives and even Brokers, I have 16 years experience in lending including the following positions:

  • Loan Officer
  • Loan Underwriter
  • Account Manager
  • Credit Analyst
  • Collections Specialist

 

In addition, I specialize in just Commercial Real Estate, primarily with Acquisition, Development and Construction financing. Unlike many other's out there, I DO NOT handle individual Residential Loans any more and know the in's and out's of the programs offered by my lenders since I approach everything from an Underwriting stand point.

 

This gives me far greater insite as to what my lenders require so that your loan requests have a far greater chance of being approved and most of all to close!

 

My experience also includes 6 years working in the Credit Union industry which I love & dearly miss and provide a level of service to clients in the same manner that I did working for Credit Unions and servicing their members. But working for a Mortgage Broker has allowed me to better service my clients by being able to offer a wider selection of loan options.

Documents
The following is a list of items required to have your real estate project reviewed for financing:

  • Commercial Real Estate Loan Request Form
  • Executive Summary with detailed project information & exit strategy
  • Pro-Forma financials of the projects Soft & Hard Costs (must include estimate Broker & Lender fees)
  • Recent Appraisal by an MAI Certified Appraiser (if available)
  • Photos of subject property
  • Drawings & renderings of construction or modifications
  • Resume of borrower outlining verifiable experience with similar projects
  • Certified financial statements for borrower(s) (not required by all lenders)
